boo, i totally am a broken record with this, but at least once a week i have a session with someone who’s health issues can be resolved with some simple lifestyle changes – which involve ayurveda.

Ayurveda is not a diet or a cleanse, it’s literally a whole life glow up. Ayurveda is a set of principles that guides you to care for your unique body, mind and spirit.

I offer my beautiful, fabulous clients a program that helps them determine and balance their doshas, bringing them into greater harmony with their bodies and the world around them. Ayurveda has SO MANY benefits, and you deserve to experience them! It’s awesome to feel awesome! It’s awesome to know and understand your own needs and it’s AWESOME to look and feel your best!

If you decided not to work with a coach, you can find LOADS of quizzes online that will help you determine your Doshic make-up. I love these quizzes! They are 100% the adult holistic version of the cosmo quizzes we all took as teenagers. You’ll get varying results depending on what quiz you take, but if you take enough of them (they’re fun! do it!) an overall pattern will emerge and you’ll get a good idea of what your dosha(s) are.

Once you know what your dosha(s) are, you are ready to learn how to care for your specific dosha. This will include a morning routine, an evening routine, and awareness of what your body and mind need during the doshic periods of each day, season, and year.
